GET THE BASICS RIGHT
Filling potholes won’t cut it anymore. I’m proposing a plan to repave our roads, redo our water mains, and repair our sewers all at once. On top of that, we need to create a rotating work schedule so that you know when your street is getting fixed.

Make City Council a Partner not a hurdle to Business
We have the people. We have the location. We have the airport, the port, Mohawk and McMaster, and generations of people who know how to build things. But we're not living up to our potential. Let's bring new investment and businesses to Hamilton. Because a stronger economy means we can take pressure off taxpayers and get the basics right.
KEEP PROPERTY TAXES TO THE RATE OF INFLATION
Keep City-controlled property-tax increases to the rate of inflation. Use zero-based budgeting so every department must justify its spending every year while protecting services.
COMMUNITY SAFETY
Real support for our Frontline Heroes
There are currently only 18 officers per shift covering the Mountain, Ancaster, Waterdown and rural Hamilton. That is not enough. My plan is to increase frontline staffing, strengthen neighbourhood policing and put more visible officers in the communities they serve.
HOMELESSNESS
A Team Hamilton Approach
We need real action on mental health and homelessness. My Team Hamilton plan brings hospitals, housing providers, police, and frontline services onto one shared system, so people get wraparound support that shows real results.
APPROACHABILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
I’ll create a Ward 8 Community Council to give residents a stronger voice year-round, and work to establish a local constituency office at a central location like Terryberry Library so people can meet with their councillor and get help navigating City services.
